Specific scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.

2. Free Diagnosis & Quotes

Initial diagnosis and quotes may be provided free of charge. A free assessment does not guarantee that all issues can be fixed, or that fixes will be completed within a specific timeframe, until we review your site and confirm scope in writing (including via WhatsApp or email).

3. Payment Terms

• No upfront payment for standard repair services unless explicitly agreed otherwise
• Payment is due after the agreed work is completed and you confirm satisfaction, unless a different arrangement is documented
• Prices displayed on our website (INR or USD) are starting from amounts and may vary based on complexity
• Custom development, emergency rescue, or large projects may require a deposit or milestone payments — this will be communicated before work starts

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your website and issue
• Grant necessary access (WordPress admin, hosting, FTP, database) when required
• Maintain backups of your site before we begin work, when possible
• Respond to our requests in a timely manner to avoid delays
• Ensure you have the legal right to authorize work on the website in question

5. Service Delivery & Timelines

We strive to resolve issues quickly — many fixes are completed within 24–48 hours. Emergency and same-day service may be available for urgent cases at applicable rates. Timelines are estimates and may depend on issue complexity, third-party dependencies, hosting limitations, or client response time.

6. Refunds & Revisions

• If the same agreed issue recurs within 30 days due to our work, we will re-fix it at no additional charge
• If you are not satisfied with completed work covered by our agreement, contact us promptly so we can address it
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis when work has not been delivered as agreed
• No refunds for work already completed and accepted, or for issues outside the agreed scope

7. Limitation of Liability

WordPress websites depend on hosting environments, third-party plugins, themes, and external services outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• WP Doctor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized changes, incompatible plugins, hosting outages, or actions taken by you or third parties after delivery

We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups before and after any technical work.

8. Intellectual Property

Custom code, configurations, or deliverables created specifically for your project become yours upon full payment, unless they incorporate licensed third-party components governed by separate licenses. Our website content, branding, and marketing materials remain the property of WP Doctor.

9. Confidentiality

We treat your website credentials, business information, and communications as confidential and use them only to perform requested services. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

10. Advertising & Third-Party Links

Our site may be promoted through Google Ads and other channels. Landing page content is intended to accurately describe our services. External links (e.g., WhatsApp) are governed by those platforms’ terms and policies.

11. Termination

We may decline or discontinue service if requests are abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or outside our expertise. You may cancel before work begins without charge unless preparatory work has already been performed and agreed as billable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
